The Living Journal of Embodied Wisdom

This journal is a sacred space — a living archive of reflections, transmissions, and gentle truths gathered along the path of embodied divinity.
Here, wisdom does not shout. It whispers.
Each entry captures moments of healing, humour, insight, and remembrance — where the body speaks, the soul listens, and something quietly shifts.

Have you ever reacted sharply and thought, “That was just like Grandma”? It might not be coincidence. Molecular biologist Bruce Lipton’s work on epigenetics shows our DNA isn’t fixed destiny—our beliefs and environment can switch genes on or off, and some of those switches get passed down from ancestors.

If your grandmother carried stress, fear, or resentment (common in tough times), epigenetic tags could have altered how her genes expressed. Those tags can travel through generations, showing up as your quick temper or low mood—even when your life is calmer. I’ve experienced with clients that the energetic root of physical challenges can also be passed down like an antenna transmitting information.

As Lipton’s says, consciousness changes biology. Your thoughts and emotions send signals to your cells. Hold onto “I’m always grumpy like her,” and the pattern reinforces. Shift to gratitude, forgiveness, or “I choose peace,” and you can rewrite those tags—turning off old stress responses and activating joy and calm.

Your DNA isn’t a prison—it’s a living story you get to edit through the power of your consciousness then watch the grumpiness fade.

In harmony, Karuni
